Cancellation Policy
Please arrive without any Eye Makeup, Eye Makeup Removal Services are subjected to a $10 fee Same day and repeated rescheduling/cancellations are subjected to a rescheduling fee of $20 and $15 respectively. Same day and repeated rescheduling/cancellations will be charged per time. To cancel/reschedule, please do inform us 24H ahead (During Business Hours Only) Deposits are strictly non-refundable Get lifted with your BFF with our Hydro-K (Most Popular)! Save up to $8 for your appointment and leave at the same time, no fuss no muss. - Please arrive no later then 15 mins then your BFF - Appointments are done at the same time - For CNY 2024, surcharges apply but only for 1 pax Example: $88 + $20 = $108 ; Only $54 per pax The Eyelist reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
